The buzz around the American entertainment world is the recent public ramblings of actor Charlie Sheen.
Sheen (45) is the son of actor Martin Sheen and the younger brother of Emilio Estevez.
He is famous for the films “Platoon” (1986), “Wall Street” (1987), and the comedies “Major League” (1989) and “Hot Shots” (1991).
He achieved more fame with the sitcoms “Spin City”, and “Two and a half Men”, which is known as “The Harper Boys” in Japan on cable TV.
Charlie became the highest paid television actor getting $1.8 million per episode of “Two and a half Men”.
In the past Charlie Sheen has had many problems with alcohol and drugs.
He has been arrested for illegal drug possession and assault, which resulted in time at rehabilitation and an anger management program.
According to celebrity news sites, Sheen had been sober for a long time, and proved this by taking substance tests.
A few months ago he apparently fell off the wagon, which ended up in more time in rehab.
After his stint in rehab, he proceeded to malign the creator/ producer of Two and a half Men in interviews.
This has caused a frenzy in the western media and on the internet.
