British Royal Wedding Announced
Future king of England, Prince William and his fiance Kate Middleton have set the 29th of April 2011 as their wedding day.
Prime Minister, David Cameron, announced that parliament has agreed to mark the day as a public holiday for Britons.
The venue will be Westminster Abbey, the same church that Queen Elizabeth was married.
The Abbey has a long and traditional history for the British Royal family.
The venue has an even more impact for Prince William as it is the same place of his mother’s funeral when he was 15.
The Royal couple have stated they will pay for the extravagant wedding out of their own pockets but security will still be payed by the taxpayer.
